From Kalaw Tar yaw Yar Nang Thee Thi Indein village in the Shan mountain
4 days - 3 nigts
Walking time : 1st day :4 hours of walk - small hills, 2 nd day : 6 hours, 3rd day : 5 hours, 4th day : 5 hours
Best time to come : October to January - correct in February - very dry and hot in March-April-May - slippering during the monson (but doable).

Day 1 |
|
After your breakfast, departure at 08h00 from your hotel in Kalaw by car. Short drive to the junction of the trekking route, this part can also be done by walk if you prefer. Start of the trek in the hilly area, on the way you will see tea plantation,cheroot leaf, ...etc. After 3 hours you will reach Ywar Thit village (Danu ethnic group).. After that proceed to Tar Yaw village (Palaung ethnic group), after 15 min you will arrive to Tar Yaw village. In some house you can see hand made weaving work. After that proceed to the view point for lunch. At the view point there is a small shop that belongs to Nepalise people. At view point place you can enjoy beautiful sceneries and panorama view. After lunch, you will take some rest. Night in Tar yaw village |

Day 2 |
|
After your breakfast, departure at 8:00 am from Tar Yaw village to Hin Khar gone village and then Myin Saine Gone village. It is a 2 hours walk..On the way you can see the cheroot leaf garden and some garlic fields.The village is near the railway station.From that station you can go to the Thazi (Junction of Mandalay,Yangon railway line). After a few minute rest you will proceed to Sar Bin village. Lunch at Sar Bine village. After lunch proceed to Nang te Thee Le thi village. Over night in the village, during the day you will cross Pao and Danu ethnic group village..

Day 3 |
|
After your breakfast deparutre at 7:30 am from Nang The Le Thee to Kong Hla village ( Pao ethnic group), it is a 3 hours walk. On the way you can see the plantation of paddy field and garlic plant. Lunch at Kong Hla village. After lunch you can visit into the village and take some photos. And than proceed to Hti Thein village for night stop.

Day 4 |
|
After your breakfast, early departure ( 7:00 am ) depart from Hti Thein to Indein, it is a 4 hours walk, mostly going down to the Inle Lake. You will arrive a the beautiful Indein village with its XVI century pagodas. Your boat is waiting at Indein village.After visit Indein proceed by boat to Inle Lake, and either to your hotel, or visit of the lake in the afternoon.
