Mogok - Myanmar : a man is crushing marble waste to find gems -

When the main mine have finished to screen the marble, the waste is thrown away outside the mine (or sold to outside people).
This man on the photograph is finely crushing with a small hammer all the marble waste in hope to find a gem.
