Old man in Sagar in charge of the pagodas site,
Myanmar Burma.
Almost all the pagodas in Myanmar are under the control
of a board of trustee composed of laymen people, not monks.
Monks have no right to control and organise the ruling and
live of
a pagoda. This man is the chief of the board of trustee
of a group of pagodas 30 minutes walk south of Sagar,
shan State.
