West part of the central pagoda in the complex of Shwedagon in Yangon. The Burmese present   
                     their respects at the three " Jewels " (the Buddha, the Sangha, the Dhamma) to  
                     a statue symbolizing their day of birth. There are 8 possible symbols (8 days) in one   
Burmese                     week . The Shwedagon pagoda is the most sacred pagoda of the Burmese Buddhism , its,   
                     origin carries up à 2 500 years when 2 brothers met Buddha during a journey in India and    
                     brings back Buddha's hairs as relics.
