Young samanera in a monastery in the Shan state..
The Pali Canon (Vinaya = monastic rules) doesn't oblige a complete shaving
of hairs. Iit is specified that at maximum hairs must be 2 fingers high .
Nevertheless, it is a traditional introduction cerremony for the religious life and a monk
must shave his head regularly. Clearly, this young samanera doesn't like it.
