This woman prepares the traditional Burmese cigar (the Sheerot)

This woman prepares the traditional Burmese cigar (the Sheerot) that contains
very little tobacco (could be not at all). The sheerot is variable insize and it is
still possible to see old woman smoking enormous cigar manufactured with
leaves of corn. This photo has been made during a very early morning trecking
around the city of Siphaw in the northeast of the Shan state.
It is easy to organize some one day walks
in the rice fields and the forests around Shipaw. Don't miss
the sunset of the top of the mountain.
