The 7 miles hotel is located near Pyay road (one of the main road of Yangon) on the way to the airport but it is 300 m so it is very quiet lane. It is a good hotel, but there is nothing special or restaurant near by.
It is a good hotel, and if you arrive late evening in Yangon and fly again very early morning to Bagan or Inle, it is a very good choice that makes sense (and if everything is full book in Yangon, is it still a good hotel, even if not charming).
