Chambres : Brand new (Octobre 2009), 2 kind :

- Standard room located in separate bunglow (two rooms per bungalow), not so small, confortable, clean, mondern, not charming, but good.

- Deluxe : All located in the deluxe room building, they are very big, good bathroom, a lot of space. Style is questionnable (as usual in Myanmar with modern hotel), but they are quiet and confortable. Price is good for the quality.


Restaurant : inside and outside with a terrace for the breakfast, confortable

Localization : Close to the Kandawgyi lake, botanical garden, in a good quiet quarter of Pwin Oo Lwin.

Comments :New hotel open in October 2009. The hotel is located in a nice quarter of Pwin OO Lwin and has an architecture close to the old colonial - Pwin Oo Lwin style which is far better than other "modern" hotels (for once a new hotel is not a concret cube...).
The hotel gives a very good overall impression, with a lot of space, moderne, clean room (very big for the deluxe).

Looks to be a very good choice for this category and the price is very correct also. Less charming than the Kandawgyi lodge (less expensive also), but more modern, confortable rooms and a good impression also.
Generators are far away from the rooms which is also a good thing.
