Bedrooms are modern, clean, not too small (bathroom are little small), with air con (and a generator).
Bedrooms are not charming at all, but not problem, everything works and it is quite confortable.

Restaurant : Myanmar, Shan, Chinese, BBQ in the street in front of the hotel in the evening, "beer station" also at the left of the hotel.

Localisation : Along the shore, facing west and the sunset

Comments:It is a clean, modern hôtel without any specific charm but everyhting works, it is clean, the hotel is located in front of the sea, rooms are confortable, not too small. You will get air con, hot water and a clean place.
In Mawlamyaing, it is one of the three hotels with good room.
Just in front of the restaurant, you have in the evening street restaurants, beer station.
At the end, it is a good hotel to go, well located, clean, as usual in Mawlamyaing, there is no electricity (often), but the hotel has a big generator. They do not use it all the day, but at least in the evening...
