This very old hotel that was the only hotel availlable during the last 10 years is now under renovation (light renovation). He has a post sovietic decadent style.... rooms are just average, bathrooms are very very limit (very simple needs a big renovation). So far this is the only hotel located down town, by the Mogok lake and it is almost half price of the golde Butterfly (which is really better).
It is not that bad and it is also nice to be downtown.
