Mainly two kinds of room (be careful, no breakfast).

Rooms with windows, on the courtyard, or the street (quiet). These rooms are quite big, with light, sometimes air con (check if it works or the noise...), be aware, some rooms are facing west side and are very hot.... especially if you do not have air con. Overall, they are perfectly acceptable rooms.

Rooms without windows located along a corridor. They are called "rooms with air con"... There is no windows, no fresh air, the overall feeling is not good at all, we do not recommend them.

Restaurant : no restaurant, no breakfast

Localization :2 minutes from the jetty

Comments :
The hotel is located very close to the Jetty for the boat arriving from Mawlamyaing (2 mm walks), it is a modern hotel, rooms with windows (mostly facing wes) are acceptables, they are clean, with light (hot..), acceptable bathroom but the rooms said "with air con" are without windows, along a corridor inside the hotel, we clearly not recommend these rooms.
Breakfast is not included, overall, expensive hotel, with some rooms really not nice (check before), far to be our favorite hotel in Hpan An.
If you take the rooms with windows, and a discount, it is ok.
